Modified jump conditions for parallel collisionless shocks

چکیده

Within the context of Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD), properties a parallel shock do not depend on field strength, as and fluid are disconnected for such geometry. However, in collisionless case, can sustain stable anisotropy downstream, triggering departure from expected MHD behavior. In recent work [A. Bret R. Narayan, J. Plasma Phys. \textbf{84}, 905840604 (2018)], theoretical model was presented allowing to derive density ratio non-relativistic an electron/positron plasma, function field. Here we entropy, pressure temperature jumps stemming this model. It is found offer transition between 3D 1D downstream density, pressure.
